Jennifer Ng is a principal product designer at Fitbit, focusing on supporting people with chronic conditions. She has worked as a UX designer and design researcher at Mayo Clinic, Livongo Health, HP webOS, and Method. Jennifer holds a masters in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. She wrote a book about ice cream around the world and is currently working on a novel based on her grandparents’ lives. If she was asked what she enjoyed doing at the age of 8, she would have answered “observing”, which is still a joy and an inspiration for storytelling.
